Customers can generate requests via text, voice memo, pictures, video clips and other methods in the App to receive services such as plumbing, electrical, landscaping, flooring, roofing, pest control and many more. Our platform will respond requests within 15 minutes and generate quotes based on the information provided. Our rating system and satisfaction guarantee services (only limited to when you select guaranteed technicians in the App) will ensure the customers peace of mind before, during, and after any service requests.
